We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy self-service return process.

 

All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.

Important: Please note that if your returned item is not in its original packaging, or has signs of use, and wouldn't be able to be resold as new, a minimum 15% fee may be deducted from your refund

Non–Registered Users

  • Create an account - (use the same email associated with the order)
  • Start the self-return process

International returns, please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.

30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase if you’re not satisfied.

Refund Details

Ninabess will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the return to be completed once it is delivered to our warehouse.

Free Items

If your original purchase included free items, you must return all associated items to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you keep, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.

Initiate Returns

  • Ninabess will only accept returns that have the return shipping label we provided to you.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Ninabess reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if all conditions are not met.
  • All items must:Ninabess will refund the original purchase price after deducting the retail value of any free items you keep.
    • Be in new condition.
    • Be in their original unaltered box, including an intact UPC code.
    • Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and free items.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned once opened (original packaging cannot be unsealed):Special-order merchandise and gift cards.
    • Software, film, paper, DVDs, bulbs, flash tubes, batteries, ink cartridges, laptops, computers, tablets, drones, and memory cards.
    • Any item removed from their “blister-pack.”
  • Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.
  • Printers with installed toner.
  • Underwater equipment once it has been used in water.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return defective or damaged items.
  • Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Ninabess’s discretion.
    • For a full refund, you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
    • After 5 business days of delivery, you’ll receive the same model or the manufacture's equivalent model instead of a refund.
  • For verified damaged and defective items Ninabess will reimburse return shipping fees.
  • For unverified defective or damaged items, Ninabess reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • For any electronic device you need to unlock it, delete all passwords and reset to Factory Settings. We will not accept the return if the device is locked or password protected.

Limited Liability

  • Ninabess is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Ninabess is not liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of purchased merchandise.
  • Ninabess’s responsibility extends to the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Oversize Return Policy

Oversize items that are required to ship via truck, are returnable pending they meet our standard return requirements. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once shipped, if a package is refused, the return ship fees will be deducted from the refund total.

If an oversize item shipped directly from the manufacturer, it will need to be returned to their location. Please contact us prior to return and we will assist getting the return set up.
